Sign-in & password

Camper uses an identifier-first login: enter your work email, then we offer the best methods available for that address — preferring more secure options.

No account yet? Create a workspace — signup uses the same email code, and verifying the address is what creates the account.

Ways to sign in

Flow

  1. Enter your work email → Continue.
  2. Camper looks up options for that address:
    • SSO available → browser goes straight to your IdP (SP-initiated).
    • Otherwise methods ranked by strength (passkey → Google if linked → email code). Password stays as small secondary text.
  3. Organizations that require SSO only show IdP sign-in (except break-glass accounts).

Forgot password

  1. After email → Continue, choose Use password instead.
  2. Choose Forgot password?
  3. Enter your work email → Send reset code.
  4. Enter the 6-digit code from the email.
  5. Choose a new password (at least 10 characters) and confirm.

If that email has an account, a code is sent. We do not reveal whether the address exists. After a successful reset, other dashboard sessions for that user are signed out.

You can still sign in with a new email code even if you never set a password.

Change password (signed in)

  1. Open the account menu (your initials, top right) → Account settings.
  2. Under Sign-in methods → Password, choose Change password.
  3. Enter your current password and a new one (10+ characters).

Other sessions are signed out when you change the password.

SSO-enforced domains

If your organization requires SSO, password, email-code, passkey, and Google sign-in are blocked except for break-glass accounts your admin configures. Camper sends you to the IdP after email → Continue. See Enterprise SSO.
